Colleen Debo

Colleen Debo is a skilled Beaver County realtor and property management specialist who brings to Bovard-Anderson more than 20-years of experience in real estate.

She obtained her real estate license in 1987, and over the years has helped hundreds of clients to buy and sell homes, and provide property management services. This has given her a depth of knowledge about the county-wide real estate market and thus to better help customers achieve their goals.

Colleen, who is a rental property owner herself, helps Bovard-Anderson manage more than 700 rental units, including single-family homes, multi-unit apartments, and small- to high-end commercial buildings.

She has taken broker’s courses in appraisal and property management, earning a designation as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). She is a past director and current member of the Beaver County Association of Realtors. She is a licensed notary public and is a member of Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.

An entrepreneur herself, Colleen and her husband co-own an excavating business. Earlier in her career she obtained mortgage experience in the banking industry. Colleen enjoys spending time with their two daughters, and golfing on a course built and maintained by her husband on their 45 acre farm.
