Jerry
Fleming is an Associate Broker with Bovard-Anderson Company.
He is a full-time Realtor who has been actively working with real
estate property management, leasing and real estate sales for over
forty years. His experience can help you find the right solution

After working as a structural steel draftsman for ten years, Jerry
obtained his real estate salesman license in 1962. During the next
four years, he completed the necessary experience and educational
requirements and passed the Pennsylvania State Test to become a
real estate broker. He served as Executive Vice-President when the
Beaver County Multi-List was first established in 1970. He operated
his own real estate company for over ten years and has been an Associate
Broker with Bovard-Anderson Company since 2001.
Jerry always listens carefully as customers explain their particular
real estate needs. Then he goes to work to help them find the right
answer to meet their needs. When a customer decides that a certain
place is right for them, he will carefully work through all of the
details and paper work to finalize the transaction to the customer’s
satisfaction.
