Janis Ford received her real estate sales license in 2002 and has been with Bovard-Anderson Company ever since. After working part-time with sales and rentals, while maintaining her full-time medical billing job, she realized her true passion and decided to devote all her efforts toward building her clientele in real estate.
As a full-time agent, her main focus is on residential home sales but she still keeps a presence in the rental field where she gleans much of her business from her very satisfied tenants.
Janis not only uses her professional real estate skills to help her clients find homes, she knows how to make sellers, buyers, property owners, and tenants feel comfortable and confident that they are using the services of one of the finest agents in Beaver County. Janis is not just a ‘one-stop shop!’ This is demonstrated by the many referrals she receives from past clients.

Janis is an ‘empty-nester’ herself and lives in Brighton Township with her husband, Scot. In her spare time, she enjoys getting together with friends and family, traveling, playing golf, and antiquing. |
