Jacqueline
Crowley McLaughlin is a leader of Bovard-Anderson and an established
community leader in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. She heads the company’s
Property Management Division and leads the use of technology to
help customers make the best possible decisions when buying, selling
or renting.
With a depth of knowledge and expertise in her prior career in computer
sales, Jacqueline has a visionary approach for applying and continuously
improving web-based and software tools in new ways. Her objective
is to find faster and better ways to educate customers by providing
user-friendly access to a vast trove of high quality information
in real-time.
In the area of property management, she oversees a team of employees
and an army of independent contractors who serve more than 700 rental
units. These encompass single-family homes, multi-unit apartments,
and small- to high-end commercial buildings. Her staff is responsible
for finding tenants for vacant properties, collecting rents and handling
maintenance issues. They use specialized software to help keep daily
track of the status of their domain of properties.
Jacqueline and her husband Ed purchased a controlling share of Bovard-Anderson
in 1992. She joined the company full-time in 1994.
For many years, Jacqueline
has demonstrated her strong commitment to the Beaver County community.
This has ranged from her work as President of the Beaver Rotary
Club (2001-2002) to volunteer service with the Heritage Valley Health
System (Medical Center Foundation). She also is a member of the
Stratigic Plannig Committee for the Beaver Area School District,
as well as a past board member of the Beaver County Board of Realtors,
and an active member of St. Cecelia Church in Rochester. She
currently sits on the board for Homemaker-Home Health Aide Service
of Beaver County.
In her efforts with the Beaver Rotary, Jacqueline has spearheaded
fundraising to support charities in Beaver County as well as worldwide
polio eradication. With typical forward-thinking, she also led the
development and launch of the Club’s website.
Jacqueline is a graduate of Niagara University. To obtain continuing
education, as an additional service for customers, she is a state-certified
real estate broker, holds the Accredited Buyers Representative Certification
and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, both of which are
national designations. She and Ed have three children who are active
in local scholastic basketball and soccer.
