Colleen
Debo is a skilled Beaver County realtor and property management
specialist who brings to Bovard-Anderson more than 10-years of experience
in real estate.
She
obtained her realtor's license in 1987, and over the years has helped
hundreds of clients to buy and sell homes, and provide property
management services. This has given her a depth of knowledge
about the county-wide real estate market and thus to better help
customers achieve the ir goals.
Colleen,
who is a rental property owner herself, helps Bovard-Anderson manage
more than 700 rental units, including single-family homes, multi-unit
apartments, and small- to high-end commercial buildings.
She
has taken broker's courses in appraisal and property management,
earning a designation as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).
She is a past director and current member of the Beaver County
Association of Realtors. She is a licensed notary public
and is a member of Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
An
entrepreneur herself, Colleen and her husband co-own an excavating
business and a used automobile dealership, specializing in title
t ran sfers and issuing T-plates. Earlier in her career she
obtained mortgage experience in the banking industry. Colleen
enjoys spending time with the ir two daughters, and golfing on a
course built and maintained by her husband on the ir 45 acre farm. |
